How can I log into the system?
+You can log into our platform by clicking the "Login to System" button on the homepage. Log in with your username and password. If you forgot your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link.
How is the security of my patient information ensured?
+All patient data is protected with SSL encryption. We work in compliance with GDPR and KVKK. We apply the highest standards regarding patient confidentiality and your data can only be accessed by authorized healthcare personnel.
How can I make an appointment?
+After logging into the system, you can select an appropriate doctor and time from the "Make Appointment" section. With the online appointment system, you can make appointments 24/7, view your current appointments, and cancel them if necessary.
Can I use the system from mobile devices?
+Yes, MedikalZeka has a responsive design and works seamlessly on all mobile devices. You can access the system through a web browser from your tablets and smartphones.
